About New Leaf Realty

Nate Berg founded New Leaf after many years of working in the industry as a Realtor. Nate began his real estate career in 2003 as an investor.

Soon after beginning as an investor he was unhappy with the agents he needed to sell his homes. He decided to get licensed and do it himself.

Within a few years of becoming an agent he was  a licensed broker and on his way to again, doing things for himself by opening New Leaf. 

Nate is an experienced Broker/Realtor having worked with developers, investments, new construction, and foreclosures. 

Nate is also a licensed general contractor who has developed and rehabbed many homes himself. His expertise with anything real estate shows from the moment you talk with him. His clients benefit from this level of experience. 

This experienced and expertise is passed on to all agents at New Leaf. No matter which agent you work with at New Leaf we all care about our clients and making your deal a successful one.
